Caroline Millikin
Caroline began studying dance in Rockford, IL under Kathy Nelson. She graduated from Mercyhurst College with a BA in Dance under the direction of Tauna Hunter where she danced various roles in Carmen, Coppelia, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, La Sylphide, Raymonda, as well as works by Michael Gleason and Christoper Tabor. She danced with Milwaukee Ballet and Milwaukee Ballet II, performing in Michael Pink’s Swan Lake, Don Quixote, and Romeo and Juliet. Carrie has performed with the David Taylor Dance Theater enjoying soloist roles of “Arabian” and “Spanish” in The Nutcracker and Gregory Dawson’s “Eclipsing Venus.” She has also performed with 7Dancers, most recently in “ART” by Mandy Moore. She danced the lead role in 101 Things to do in a Lifetime, featuring choreography by Chantal Robson. Caroline’s original choreography has been performed by 7Dancers, the Mercyhurst Dancers, MBII, and HYPE Cheer and Dance. This is Caroline’s second season with MCB. Caroline is also the School Director of the new School of Missouri Contemporary Ballet, which opened this fall.
