Joshua Hasam

Joshua Hasam is a native MIssourian from Kansas City. He began dancing as an undergrad at Washington University in St. Louis where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Dance. Joshua spent two summers studying at the Ailey School. While at Wash U. he had the pleasure of dancing in Antony Tudor’s Dark Elegies (5th song solo) and Liz Lerman’s Still Crossing. Joshua also danced for three seasons with the Slaughter Project under the direction of Cecil Slaughter, and made guest appearances in Afriky Lolo West African Dance Company and DreamDance Contemporary Arts. This is Joshua’s first season with Missouri Contemporary Ballet.
